TRENTON — A Ewing man accused of sexually assaulting a cerebral palsy victim in her city apartment has been indicted by a grand jury.
The indictment, issued last week, charges Gerald Porter, 50, with four counts of sexual assault for allegedly forcing himself on the 27-year-old woman. The assaults occurred on two separate occasions in March and April this year, prosecutors said. Prosecutors said that Porter knew the victim.
Porter was arrested on May 1 and is being held in lieu of $200,000 bail at the Mercer County Correction Center.
