Police are searching for suspects in two stabbings that occurred during an altercation early yesterday morning on St. Mary Street.
BURLINGTON CITY — Police are searching for suspects in two stabbings that occurred during an altercation early yesterday morning on St. Mary Street, officials said.
Burlington City police arrived at the 400 block of St. Mary Street about 1:45 a.m. to find a 26-year-old Beverly man who had been stabbed, police said.
Soon after that, a 36-old-man from Burlington City turned up at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly, also with a stab wound.
Police said their initial investigation revealed that both stabbings happened were a result of the same altercation, and they have identified other individuals involved.
The condition of both victims is unknown, police said.
