Princeton police seek public's help in identifying alleged CVS shoplifter

The incident occurred between 2:54 p.m. and 3:04 p.m. on Jan. 30.

PRINCETON— Princeton police are seeking the public’s help in identifying an alleged shoplifter who took $123 worth of personal hygiene merchandise, including body wash and razors, from the CVS Pharmacy on the 100 block of Nassau Street on Jan. 30, police said.

The incident occurred between 2:54 p.m. and 3:04 p.m. and police received a call at 6:50 p.m., police Sgt. Michael Cifelli said today.

Consistent with the photos released, Cifelli described the alleged suspect as an African-American male of unknown age between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10 last seen wearing a black knit cap and sunglasses, he said.
