The suspect used the victim's credit cards to purchase gift cards worth more than $2,000 in various locations in Mercer and Somerset counties.
PRINCETON - Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who they said stole wallets in two separate incidents on March 21 at stores in Princeton and West Windsor.
Both victims, one at Princeton Shopping Center and the other at The Square at West Windsor, were older females.
The suspect then allegedly used the victims' credit cards to purchase gift cards worth more than $2,000 in various locations in Mercer and Somerset counties.
Anyone who can identify the pictured suspect, described as a white or Hispanic male, age 20 to 30, with a stocky build with a chin-strap style beard, should contact Det. Robert Allie at (609) 921-2100, ext. 2123.
