A man is in guarded condition after being shot several times on the first block of Cristoph Street this afternoon
The victim's coat was marked as evidence at the scene of a shooting on Stuyvesant and Cristoph Avenues on Sunday, Nov. 25.
TRENTON — A man is in guarded condition after being shot several times on the first block of Cristoph Street earlier this afternoon, police said.
The man was approached by two men while getting out of his car on Cristoph Avenue around 3:30 p.m. At least one man pulled a handgun and shot the victim several times in the lower right side, police said.
The victim fled the scene and collapsed on the 600 block of Stuyvesant Avenue, police said.
The victim’s coat and a small pile of his belongings were marked as evidence after being found on Stuyvesant, police said.
He was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center.
No suspect description is available at this time, police said.
