A file photo of a Trenton police SUV TRENTON — A pair of city men were robbed of jewelry and hundreds of dollars in cash by gun-toting, knife-wielding suspects Thursday night in the South Ward, police said yesterday.
The 48-year-old and 38-year-old victims were at Beatty and Adeline streets around 9 p.m. when they were approached by three men. Two of them had handguns, while one carried a knife, Lt. Mark Kieffer said.
The suspects threw the victims up against the wall and removed their belongings. After taking the jewelry and around $600 in cash, they fled.
No arrests have been made, and no serious injuries reported. Full descriptions were not available.
