Brian Roksvaag, 26. of Forked River was charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 195.

Bryan Sahlin, 26, of Toms River and Kyla Stevens, 23 of Toms River were charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 195.

Joshua Fortes, 19, of Robbinsville was charged with possession of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on Sharon Road.
Geovanny Urgilez, 27, of East Windsor was charged with burglary after police responded to a report of a car burglary at a motel on Route 130. When they arrived, police found Urgilez sleeping in the car, according to a report.
