A Trenton police officer investigates a crime scene on Perry Street TRENTON — A reported shooting tonight night left two people injured and headed to local hospitals, city fire officials said.
The victims were found and being treated near Walnut and Chestnut avenues near the Trenton Transit Center about 9:45 p.m., Engine 7 Capt. John Martucci said.
Firefighters pulled up on scene to find the two victims being treated by ambulance crews and on their way to the hospital. Several police vehicles were nearby, Martucci said.
The conditions of the victims were not immediately available. City police could not provide details late tonight.
