Giovanni Baulo is charged with three counts each of sexual assault, lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
LAWRENCE – A grand jury has handed up a nine-count indictment of a Lawrence man who allegedly exposed himself to two 10-year-olds and a 3-year-old in June.
Giovanni Baulo, 37, was charged last week with three counts each of sexual assault, lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
Baulo allegedly approached the children as they were walking a dog and exposed himself to them, prosecutors said.
The girls ran away and told a family member, who called police, prosecutors said. None of the girls were restrained or injured during the incident.
Baulo was released from the Mercer County Correction Center on $100,000 bail.
