The 21-year-old victim was sitting inside a car parked on the 200 block of Ardmore Avenue around 11:30 p.m., Lt. Mark Kieffer said. A tan or gold-colored Ford pulled up next to the vehicle, fired three shots and sped off, Kieffer said today.
One of the rounds struck the victim in the right calf. He was driven to Capital Health Regional Medical Center by another person in the car and sought treatment.
The victim’s wounds are not believed to be life-threatening, Kieffer said. No descriptions beyond that of the car were available tonight.
