PNC Bank on Abbington Drive in East Windsor. EAST WINDSOR — Police have charged an Edgewater Park man with the Jan. 8 robbery of the PNC Bank on Abbington Drive in East Windsor, police said.
Shalir Hall, 20, has been charged with robbery, terroristic threats, theft and weapons offenses, East Windsor police said.
Just after 2 p.m. Hall allegedly showed a bank teller a note containing a demand for money and a threat to shoot her if she did not comply, bank personnel told police.
Hall, who did not show a weapon, was given an unspecified sum of cash and left the bank, East Windsor police said. Hall is being held on $250,000 bail in Burlington County Jail on an unrelated charge, police said.
