The body of a man found near the canal by Sanhican Drive had what appears to be a gunshot wound, authorities said
TRENTON — Authorities are investigating the homicide of a Hamilton man found near the canal by Sanhican Drive Thursday morning.
Aaron Lewis, 23, who had what appeared to be a gunshot wound, was pronounced dead at the scene, said Casey DeBlasio, spokeswoman for the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police received a call around 6:51 a.m. reporting a body near the canal, she said.
