EWING — Two men who allegedly broke into a woman’s home and made off with her property Tuesday afternoon were arrested after they were found in the same neighborhood, police said.
The break-in occurred on Louisiana Avenue around 12:30 p.m., when the resident came back home and saw someone exiting her house. She called police, and patrol officers who searched the area stopped two men near the entrance to The College of New Jersey.
Ewing resident Christian Johnson, 24, and Trenton resident Anthony Still, 25, were taken into custody. Police say they found the woman’s property in their possession.
Johnson and Still were charged with burglary and theft. They were processed at Ewing police headquarters and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.
