FLORENCE — Township police seized cocaine, marijuana, club drugs and prescription pills during a drug raid in the Roebling section of town last night, authorities said.
The State Police TEAMS tactical unit executed a search warrant on the 100 block of Second Avenue about 7 p.m., with police and detectives from the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office Task Force, according to a police news release.
Authorities arrested DaShawanda Marie Russell, 38, who lives in the home, and seized the drugs which included “molly,” which is made from the same base as ecstasy.
Cocaine, a prescription pill called suboxone and drug packaging material and scales were found inside the house, police said.
Russell was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of molly, possession of suboxone, possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park.
Russell’s bail was set at $75,000 full cash, and she was taken to the Burlington County Minimum Women’s Facility when she could not post it, police said.
